PRE-ORDER
Items will ship when we recieve stock. For our own releases please bear in mind that we aim to hit any release dates stated but these are subject to manufacturing turnaround times and delays can occur. Store items on pre-order are subject to similar delays and delivery from our suppliers.
IN STOCK
Items marked 'IN STOCK' are in stock and available to order. We try and maintain accurate stock figures, so all being well there should be no problem with these items.
NOT IN STOCK AVAILABLE TO ORDER
This means we have a reliable supplier for this item. When you order we will source the item from our supplier. Please note that these items are subject to going out of stock at the supplier. In the event of that happening we will contact you and ask if you would like to keep the item on 'back-order' or would like a refund. If the item is deleted and no longer available we will issue a refund and remove the item from our listings.
We aim to ship all orders as they come in but please allow upto 28 days for delivery.
